At a Glance Born in Alaska, leaving when she was only 3 months old, she traveled the U.S and Europe as she grew up to train and follow her dreams as a performer, actor, dancer, singer, model and circus artist. Jacqueline is living her dream as a performer, artist, actress, model, international athlete, coach, equestrian manager, entrepreneur, and fitness professional.
Growing-Up Jacqueline began her acting career at age 6, as a member of Kings Players Community Theatre troupe in Hanford, CA. At age 8, Jacqueline became a performer on horseback, competing and performing in the international sport of Equestrian Vaulting; dance and gymnastics on horseback. In 2007, Jacqueline was voted as Youth Spokesperson for a non-profit animal rescue group, Animal Agents. Jacqueline recorded Public Service Announcements and appeared on television multiple times promoting animal welfare on behalf of the group.
In 2008 and 2009, Jacqueline began traveling to Los Angeles several times a week from her home in the Central Valley of California, as a part of an international competitive equestrian team; Free Artists Creative Equestrians, and traveled with them competing in Europe during the summer of 2008. Later that year when back on American soil, Jacqueline claimed the American Vaulting Association’s (AVA) Silver level Equestrian Vaulting Regional Championship Title in Las Vegas, NV.
Award and Accomplishments In 2009-2010 Jacqueline was awarded both local and regionally the “Outstanding Youth Woman Award” from Soroptimists International for her contribution to her community through volunteer work with multiple organizations. During the same time, she founded her non-profit “Outfit Africa” as well as volunteering for the “Me Not Meth” and the “You Matter” Campaign in Kings County, CA.
In 2010 she was recruited by Central Fine and Performing Arts magnet school in Tulsa Oklahoma. There, she took a variety of performing arts classes, and was selected for a lead role in a Competitive one-act play. She was elected as the Theater Spokesperson for SMAC, the Performing Arts Student Council. She was a member of the dance team, and performed with them as well as the choir. Also in 2010, Jacqueline performed at the 2010 World Equestrian games as an AVA Youth Ambassador for the discipline of Equestrian Vaulting.
The following year as a senior in High School, Jacqueline dually enrolled in Tulsa Community College (TCC), as a Theatre Arts student; she auditioned and was cast in multiple department shows. While attending school in Tulsa, Jacqueline participated as an assistant director and leadactress at Spotlight Community Theatre. Jacqueline became a Youth Spokesmodel at this time for “Taste the World” Photography in Tulsa OK.
During the summer of 2012, Jacqueline was a part of the Pacific Coast Performing Arts (PCPA) Youth Program and production in Santa Maria, California. In addition to acting in plays, Jacqueline has been a part of productions from the front of the house to the back, including crew, make-up, worked fly systems, concessions, tech and assisted with costuming and marketing for many performances and competitions.
Passion for Animals Jacqueline is a skilled animal trainer and handler. She has been working with animals since she was a child. While attending UNLV in Las Vegas, Nevada, she coached an Equestrian Vaulting Team, ACE Vaulters. During her time in Oklahoma, she coached an Equestrian Vaulting Team, Voila’ Vaulters, and also taught riding. Jacqueline has conducted equestrian training and vaulting workshops across the United States. She has been vaulting since the age of 8 and riding since she was 3. She rides a variety of disciplines; Vaulting, Roman Riding, Jumping, Dressage, Western, and Liberty. Jacqueline also has worked with smaller domestic animals, barn animals, exotic animals, and reptiles including fostering and training puppies, kittens and barn animals for local rescues and shelters.
Adult Life In 2016, Jacqueline graduated (in three years) with a Bachelors of Fine Arts with a Stage and Screen-Acting concentration from UNLV in Las Vegas, Nevada. While attending UNLV, she also trained in dance and choreography. Her specialties include flexibility, yoga, acrobatics, tumbling, aerial arts, injury prevention, and specialty dance. She also continued her volunteer work as an adult with Sigma Kappa Sorority. In 2017 she opened Invert-U., a dance and fitness studio designed to empower feminine energy and aerial and pole arts. Jacqueline continued to travel and perform. Around the same time, she began her own entertainment company, FitEntertainment as a Magician’s Assistant for Comedian and Magician Andy Gross and his show Andy Gross Live. Furthermore, Jacqueline spent more time in LA, establishing her acting career, as well performing on tour and around LA for several different companies.
In 2018, she started MJ-Hire, a female empowered recruiting company that worked closely with cannabis companies and began her job as Event Coordinator and Creative Director for Althea Entertainment. The same year she created her Cirque shows starting with Cirque du Cannabis, the first cannabis circus and cannabis entertainment, Cirque du Twerk a partnering twerk team, and Cirque Du Psychedelic in 2019. In the beginning of 2020 she became the CEO of Althea Entertainment, and focused on performing and creating. Presently, she continues to enjoy her job at UGOWEEGO creating scripts, art pieces, shows, events, products, creative concepts, and more. She actively works as an actor, singer and dancer. She has experience in a wide variety of acting and film work, including voiceover, hosting, improv, commercials, musicals, dramatic, comedy. Likewise she has trained in most all dance styles including, ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, lyrical, exotic, tap, hip-hop, heels, pole, aerial, fire, capes, feather fans, partner acro-yoga, ballroom, Latin styles, African, stomp, burlesque, chair and more. Jacqueline is currently a specialty performer in Los Angeles and Las Vegas in a variety of shows and projects.
Jacqueline continues to pursue movement and acting training through progressive workshops and educational programs by continuing to travel to train through specialized workshops and educational programs. Also active in the acting industry and performing industry, Jacqueline currently holds 5 of X-pert Trainer certifications and several 1st Pole Sport Org. titles from 2020.
